The Energy Crisis
Imagine a future where society has reverted to medieval times.
Imagine a resource war the equates to WWIII.
Imagine a future without energy as we know it today.
That's the Energy Crisis.

That's the Energy Crisis.
In the early 2000s, fear ruled the automobile and energy industries, as the public became suddenly hyper-aware of fuel shortages and the inevitable day when oil rigs run dry, coal mines lay empty, and the world as we know it ends. These days fear has turned to anxiety soothed by the fad of hybrid vehicles and roof-top solar panels.
Our energy problems are on the back-burner, and issues like gun control, healthcare, and tax equality have the political spotlight. No one seems to debate renewable energy anymore, and despite the hopeful wishes of politicians and a sensationalized media, the fossil fuel issue hasn’t gone away; it’s still there, and it’s worse than ever.

For the sake of our survival, advances must be made in green energy, or renewable energy (synonymous for the purposes of this website). We rely heavily on non-renewable energy like fossil fuels, complacent in their security at the cost of our future. Fossil fuels will either run dry, or consume the environment if action isn’t taken toward a solution.
This website has been broken into the components of my argument. For optimal understanding and cohesion, please read them in the following order: The Current Situation of Fracking, The Future of Fossil Fuels, The Current Situation: Green Energy, and The Future of Green Energy.
